Fire Extinguisher vs. Shotgun Butt

A World on Fire continues it’s “Melee Madness” by pitting the Fire Extinguisher to the Shotgun Butt. My vote is the Shotgun Butt. It seems to me you would be delivering the same amount of force with a smaller surface area, which means more chance of breaking the skull. Plus I feel a Fire Extinguisher would just be hard to handle.
What are your thoughts?

If you have the choice between a fire extinguisher and the butt of a shot gun I believe you are right: use the shotgun butt. But (no pun intended) if it warrants smashing someone over the skull wouldn’t it warrant the use of the business end of the shotgun? Nellie

I think the idea is; if you have no ammo and had to resort to smashing zombie skull, which would you prefer? Plus you may not want to use the shotgun for fear of drawing the attention of more zombies when they hear the shotgun blast.
